All our watches are guaranteed authentic unless otherwise stated.

ALL our watches come with original movements – that much we can assure you with full confidence. However, there are occasional cases whereby we purchase watches with custom-made dials/bezels/bracelets of which are not manufactured by their actual watchmakers. We still buy these watches in, albeit at a lower price, which leads us to savings we can pass on to customers who appreciate the advantages of purchasing custom spare parts along with their watches as they look almost totally original, but come at a mere fraction of the price. Do be assured that in such cases, we will definitely point out the parts of the watch of which are not original.

There is a six-month guarantee offered along with the sale of each watch from our store. Should you encounter any problems with your watch within these six months, servicing will provided at no charge whatsoever.

We certainly do. In fact, we are constantly on the lookout for quality timepieces to add to our collection. We will purchase most Rolex models and a couple of select watch models from international watch brands such as Cartier, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Chopard, IWC, Audemars Piguet, Omega and so on. Basically, we will take in any branded watch we know we are able to sell. We will also repurchase any watch which we previously sold to our customers.

For pre-owned watches, should the purchase be made within a six month period, we offer a guarantee that we will repurchase your watch at a very fair 90% of the price you paid. Should the purchase be made more than six months ago, we evaluate the watch based on its condition and the current market valuation for the particular model of watch to determine the best offer possible for your watch. As for brand new watches, the repurchase price is dependent on the current market valuation of the watch.
